At Yellow Tail Tech, Santiago is an Infrastructure Support Engineer and an Instructor. His computer science background arms him with the necessary knowledge to continuously upgrade and improve the student experience.

Zartosht is a Linux and Windows administrator who supports development and production teams across the globe with daily infrastructure requirements. His tasks include design, development, maintenance, automation of Vmware infrastructure, design installation, management and routine upgrades of Linux and Windows infrastructure, and 3rd support of Vmware infrastructure. Work with the team for migration and transition programs, deliver global standard installation for virtual Linux and Windows environments. At Yellow Tail Tech, Zartosht is responsible for student support and is also an instructor.

David is a Red Hat Certified System Administrator. He quickly advanced his career as Lead Teacher at Yellow Tail Tech, leading the Linux Review Sessions held every Saturdays and Sundays.

Thierry Louis

Thierry is a Linux System Engineer. He has worked with a wide range of virtualization, networking, and system automation tools throughout his ten years in the industry. At Yellow Tail Tech, Thierry is responsible for Content Management and Delivery, IT/Networking infrastructure and is also an instructor.

Cedric is a Linux system administrator, he supports scientists and weather forecasters in their IT infrastructure. Entering his 2nd year in the industry, he’s gained knowledge beyond his young career. At Yellow Tail Tech, Cedric is a teacher assistant and is responsible for student support.

Georges Rousseau

Georges is a Linux System Administrator. With a background in Management Information Systems and 5 years of experience in the IT industry, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge that allows him to thrive in his current position. At Yellow Tail Tech, Georges is responsible for student support and is also a Teacher Assistant.

Ingrid is AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified. At Yellow Tail Tech, she is the Enrollment Support Supervisor. She is the first point of contact for students and supports them throughout the entire enrolment process.

Yana is a Marketing Lead at Yellow Tail Tech. Her 4 years of Marketing experience helps her with managing the growth and presence of our Social Media Platforms. Part of her day-to-day responsibilities is the conceptualization and implementation of Marketing Strategies and overseeing the overall Marketing plans.
